 Q: If I am not home, how will Mighty Maids get in my home?
A: Many clients provide us with a key to obtain entry to the home.
Remember,
our employees are all bonded and insured and our work is 100 percent
guaranteed.
Q: Will I always have the same crew of maids, and how many maids will
come
to the home?
A: We strive for consistency to increase the level of satisfaction, and
that
includes trying to send the same maid to the same home on a regular
schedule.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept cash, check or credit card. Payment should be made upon
completion of the job unless another arrangement has been agreed upon
with a
customer service representative in our office.
Q: What if we have pets?
A: We have no problem dealing with household pets, and suggest to the
homeowner that the crew on site receive any specific instructions that
might be necessary in dealing with the pet. If the pet in question is not comfortable around strangers, we ask that they be contained in an area that does not require our services.

A: Since every home is unique and every homeowner is equally different
